Have You Heard is a study conducted in October 2024 in Oaxaca, Mexico, and the surrounding region. Bringing together fifty participants of different ages, genders, and professions, it examines the relationship between two distant geographies—Ukraine and Mexico—while addressing universal questions of security, freedom, and public awareness of the war crimes committed by Russian forces in Ukraine.
